Inspired by Matthew Hoffman’s “You Are Beautiful” campaign
Imagine living through one of your worst days. The feeling burns in your chest as you wonder if anyone else has ever felt this way before. Wishing you could talk to someone who understood, a mural catches your eye. It bears the exact words you needed to hear at that moment, “You Are Not Alone.”
People struggling with mental illness often feel as if no one can understand the pain they are going through. Often, it can feel like no help is on the horizon. This campaign aims to help remind those struggling that they can reach out to their support network or the You Are Not Alone hotline.
