Chicago is a sports town. People are passionate about their teams, and there are teams for almost everything. But with the newly created Professional Women's Hockey League, Chicago is notably absent. To fill this void, the Zephyrs are stepping in.

Named after the God of the west wind, the Zephyrs are a modern, bold, and community-driven team. The identifiable cloud mascot represents the west wind, while the personalized typeface pays tribute to the beautiful street art seen throughout the city, providing a strong secondary logo. The color palette is composed of altered colors inspired by the Chicago flag. Calming blues contrast with a bold red to draw your eyes to the logo.
